These terms cover your use of Little Ballads. By creating a song, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and plain.

What we provide

Little Ballads writes and records a personalized song about your pet from what you tell us. The lyrics and music are generated by AI. You review the lyrics before the song is recorded. Because AI output varies, we can't promise any particular result, but if you're unhappy we'll try to make it right (see our refund policy).

The site is currently in testing. Songs are free, and accounts and songs may be deleted without notice. Save anything you want to keep.

Your account

You sign in with a code we email you, so keep your email account secure. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use the site.

What you tell us

Your memories and photos stay yours. You let us use them to make your song, show it to you and to anyone you share it with, and help you with it. Please only share things you have the right to share, and don't include someone else's private information.

Your song

Your song is yours to keep and enjoy: listen to it, download it, share it with family and friends, play it at a memorial, or post it online. Please don't sell it or use it in advertising. Songs made by AI may not be protected by copyright in the way human-made music is, so we can't promise that no one else will ever copy it.

Please don't

• Ask us to imitate a real singer or band, or to use lyrics written by someone else.
• Use the site to make songs that are hateful, harassing, sexual, or about real people without their permission.
• Try to break, overload or misuse the site, or to get at other people's songs.

We may decline to make a song, or close an account, that breaks these rules. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you.

Payment

The price is shown before you pay and is paid once. Payment is handled by Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Privacy

How we handle what you share is described in our privacy policy.

If things go wrong

We work hard to keep the site running and your songs safe, but the site is provided as is, and we can't guarantee it will always be available. Please download songs you want to keep. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to the amount you paid us for the song in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll email you before they take effect. Songs you've already bought stay yours.
