Refunds

If your song doesn't feel right, we'd rather fix it or give your money back than leave you with something you don't want to hear. You shouldn't have to argue with us about it.

Before the song is recorded

If you've paid but the lyrics don't feel right, even after asking for changes, we'll refund you in full. Just ask before you approve the lyrics.

After the song is ready

If something's wrong with the recording (a mispronounced name, a garbled line, or it just doesn't sound like them), use the Need help? button on your song's page. We'll look at it and can record it again. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you in full.

Please ask within 30 days of receiving your song.

How to ask

Use Need help? on your song's page, or email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

When we fail

If something goes wrong on our end and we can't finish your song, we'll refund you in full and let you know. You won't need to ask.
